Terms and Conditions

I want you to be happy with your purchase and your satisfaction is very important to me.

My jewellery is made by hand and therefore slight imperfections may be noticed.

This however is the beauty of hand made jewellery– you know it was made with caring and loving hands. This personal touch guarantees that each piece is unique.

I take my own photographs and attempt to capture details closely. Colours may vary depending on your computer monitor.

I will provide a full refund for readymade items, if you are dissatisfied.  Please notify me within 3 days of receiving the item to let me know, and it must be returned in the same appearance and condition (including all original packaging) as when it was sent (original, new and unworn). The item must be received back by myself within 2 weeks from the date it was received by you.  These conditions must be adhered to in order to qualify for a full refund of purchase.  The customer is liable for the costs associated with returning the item.

Beyond 14 calendar days, no refund will be accepted. All items sold are eligible for returns (except for custom made, commission items which have been specially made / sized – unless they are faulty).

If the item is damaged or lost in transit to you, my insurance for the package will be responsible for any reimbursement cost. I will then supply you another item after the investigation is complete and resolved.

Before Returning you must contact me to receive an Authorization number and reason for return. For Returned pieces there is a 20% restocking fee. Items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 35% if all directions aren’t followed. Any item Returned in Worn/Used, Damaged Condition or Altered in any way will be refused. Shipping is Non-Refundable and you are responsible for the shipping fees back to me.

If you are dissatisfied with the craftsmanship of a made to order, commission job which you received from me, please feel free to contact me directly via email or phone and we can discuss the problems that you have with the item and I promise you that I will do my best to resolve your concerns (even if this requires me re-making the piece for you at no extra cost).

For International Customers-All Custom fees to you (and if any are incurred during shipping back to me) are Non-Refundable and will be deducted from your Refund.

For any other reasons in which you are not satisfied with the item that has arrived to you, please contact me so we can try to work out a resolution. My reputation is precious to me, so please contact me so I can demonstrate my commitment to ensuring client satisfaction.

Our Privacy Policies

I ship worldwide.

For all Jewellery, I use Australia Post or FEDEX with a signature required. Please be sure someone over 18 years old is available to sign for your package on your behalf. Standard postage takes between 5 -7 business days for delivery depending on destination.  Within Australia, I use express postage.

Your item will be shipped once payment is confirmed / cleared and your item is ready. It will be shipped with a tracking number, insurance and signature confirmation. I will email you the tracking number allowing you to follow its movements.

Customers are legally responsible for any duties and taxes incurred on orders shipped internationally and that, when incurred, those taxes must be paid by the customer to their local tax authority. I advise contacting customs in your country and calculating the taxes chargeable before purchases.

Each item is shipped in a gift box in a padded envelope. All orders are shipped to your address provided, unless otherwise stated.

Orders of existing stock are dispatched within 2-3 business days whilst custom order pieces will be made and dispatched within usually 2-4 weeks (from the date payment is received and cleared) unless otherwise stated.

Please make sure your address is correct. If not, you will be responsible for the costs to reship your package, once it gets returned to me.

If you need a rush order please contact me directly.

As part of my policy for customer satisfaction, the shipment price includes standard insurance.

I hope all my customers will be happy with their purchases.  I am here to answer any question you may have. I have a wealth of experience in gemology, jewellery construction and custom orders. I guarantee my fine jewellery will be made as described in the listings and will always do everything it takes to ensure another happy customer.

I offer a Lifetime Check-up, Cleaning and Polishing service on all my jewellery.

You can send your piece in to be Checked, Polished and Cleaned every 6 months to a year. You are responsible for shipping to me and Return shipping back to you. Please contact me before shipping any items.


I want you to feel comfortable purchasing a handmade piece from me, and I deeply care about every piece I make.

If there is a problem with your ring within the first 6 months I will be happy to fix it for you. Please contact me with photos and details. You will be responsible for shipping it to and from me. Please package it properly in a box, with something to keep it from moving around. Please make sure the package is fully insured. I am not responsible for lost/missing or damaged packages. After the 6 month period I can repair your piece for a fee.

Should another jeweller alter the piece in any way (including resizing), this will void the warranty. Any damage that has been done intentionally, or from improper use, will also void the warranty. Please take care of your piece and treat it delicately (as with any jewellery).

How to ship your item back to me:

Please make sure you ship the same way I shipped to you.

1- Print out a Copy of the receipt & write a note with the Reason you are shipping to me.
2- Place the Piece back in the Original box & back in the packaging.
3- Place this bag in a shipping box & use something to keep it from moving around during shipping.
4- Package must be insured.
5- Let me know it has been shipped & send me the Tracking number of your package.

I am not responsible for Lost/Missing or Damaged items and cannot resume responsibility for not shipping as described.


Please wear your jewellery with the tender loving care it deserves. Should the piece be damaged in any way from intentional/unintentional misuse, this will void the warranty (not limited to physical or chemical damage).

If you’re doing heavy work, etc. jewellery is supposed to be removed. You shouldn’t use solvents, etc. on your jewellery either (incl hand sanitizers, Jewellery shouldn’t be worn in swimming pools/chlorine, or exposed to any chemicals, etc.). When you shower rings should be removed and not put back on until after you’re finished with your routine (especially lotion, since that can give the ring and gems a dirty appearance). When you’re sleeping it’s best to remove jewellery as it can hit your headboard and accidentally damage your ring or gems. Please do not do activities like wear your ring to the gym, gardening and the like. Latex/Nitrile/Rubber gloves can/will loosen the prongs and cause gems to fall out.

My White Gold jewellery is Rhodium plated and may require re-dipping. You can have it done locally or send it to me for a $50 + Shipping. This is not included in the warranty. With proper care you shouldn’t have to do this more than once a year. The way you care for your piece will determine how long this will last. Please make sure you follow the care as described above.


Warm water with a little liquid soap and a soft bristle toothbrush (toddler/baby works great) is the best way to clean your ring at home without damaging it. Then dry by gently patting with a soft cloth.
