Sizing

How do I find my ring size?

What happens if I order the wrong size?

Customers will be responsible for all postage and redelivery charges for resizing. Resizing fees will apply, this is quoted on a case by case basis depending on the piece. Please consult the sizing guide prior to ordering to ensure your order correctly.

How would I send my piece back to you?

Shipping

Do you ship internationally and interstate?

Yossi Jewelry ships worldwide. International standard shipping is sent via Australia Post. These packages are registered and traceable, you will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au. International standard parcels can take anywhere between 3 and 10 working days to arrive.

International express shipping is via UPS. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number and details of how to track. Express international shipping takes between 2-3 days to USA and 3-5 days to Europe.

Australian domestic orders are sent express via Australia Post. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au.

Please note that shipping time does not include production time.

Is my order insured in transit?

How long does it take to get my order?

All Yossi’s Jewellery pieces are hand made to order. This means that each piece is unique and made especially for you.

Please consult each individual piece for specific turnaround times. If you need a piece before a specific date, please contact us before ordering to ensure this will be possible and avoid any disappointment. Every effort will be made to have your piece to you as quickly as possible. Please note that turnaround times are an approximate guide and are subject to change or delay.

Will I have to pay duties and taxes?

Occasionally, dependant on the recipient country and the relevant import laws, duties and taxes may be payable. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Can I return my order?

How do I look after my piece?

Apply any perfume, body lotion or hair products before putting on your jewellery as the chemicals in these can cause your jewellery to tarnish.

When not being worn, store your jewellery out of exposure to the air in the jewellery box it came in to minimise tarnish.

Take off pieces of jewelry before showering or swimming.

 All sterling, brass and bronze pieces will oxidize over time as is the nature of the material and unavoidable.

14k gold is a great choice if you’re looking for a lifetime piece you can wear everyday and everywhere – yes, even in the shower!

What are your opening hours?

We are open Monday – Thursday, 6pm – 9pm, by appointment only.

What is bespoke?

While all of our pieces are custom made, our bespoke service takes this to the next level. The bespoke process allows for full inclusion of the client from the initial design concept, through stone sourcing and refining of final details, allowing the client to fully realise their ideas and create a piece which is truly unique and built just for them.
